1. Customization & Proofing
All invitations and stationery are customized based on the information you provide. You will receive digital proofs for review prior to printing. It is your responsibility to check all text, spelling, layout, and details carefully. Final approval is required before printing. Once approved, we are not liable for errors or omissions.

2. Payment & Billing
Full payment is required before design or production begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept all major credit cards. Late or missed payments may delay your timeline or result in cancellation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final after that time.

4. Turnaround & Delivery
Typical turnaround times vary depending on the scope of your project. Estimated timelines will be provided, but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delivery delays once an order has shipped. All shipping is handled by third-party carriers.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and content created by Paper Rose Invitation, LLC remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission. We reserve the right to showcase your designs in our portfolio, marketing materials, or social media unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for your order, including guest names and addresses (if applicable). You are also responsible for ensuring you have adequate time in your schedule for design, proofing, and production.

7. Limitation of Liability
Paper Rose Invitation, LLC is not liable for damages of any kind resulting from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to delays, errors after proof approval, or third-party shipping issues.

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
