At Paper Rose Invitation, LLC, each order is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Please review our policy before placing your order.
Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom invitations, semi-custom suites, day-of stationery, or samples.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order may be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on completed custom or semi-custom orders. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a printing error due to our mistake, we will gladly reprint the affected items at no cost to you. Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue for review.
Proofing Responsibility
You will receive digital proofs for approval before printing. Please check all details carefully—once approved, we are not responsible for any errors.
Color Disclaimer
Please note that colors may appear differently on screen than in print. We recommend ordering a sample if you’re concerned about color matching or paper texture before placing a full order.
Shipping
While we package all orders with care, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact and file a claim with the carrier.
