Services


Collections from Paper Rose LLC., are semi-custom. The information, ink color, paper choice and printing process will be customized to you and your wedding day, but the overall design layout will remain the same.  

All artwork is copyrighted and is the sole property of Paper Rose LLC.,. No designs can be duplicated, re-used, or derived from in any way. All designs, images, works of art, and products used and/or conveyed during the proofing process are the sole property and copyright of Paper Rose, LLC. These designs, images, and works of art may not be used for personal use, reproduction, creation of derivative works, or otherwise.

Delivery of Services. 


Digitally printed suites will be ready for pickup within an estimated 15 business days following the approval of your suite unless otherwise specified in this Agreement (see UNEXPECTED DELAYS). Suites that include Letterpress or Foil printing require up to an additional 10 business days of production time.

Once your order is shipped, Paper Rose is not held responsible for damages, loss, delivery delays, or any other shipping issues under any circumstances. If your package is delayed, damaged, lost, or if you have any other concerns regarding the delivery of your package, please contact UPS immediately.

Errors and Typos


Paper Rose Invitations, LLC will in no event be responsible for errors approved by clients.  Any error after the final proof is approved would be incurred at the client's expense. Paper Rose Invitations, LLC strongly advises to have someone who has not yet seen a single version of the invitation proofread the proof. However, if you receive an incorrect print that does not match the proofs you approved, we will take full responsibility and provide complimentary reprints. The Client accepts that - while we have done our best to portray these accurately - ink, paper, materials and envelope colors may appear slightly different in hand than they appear on screen.  As these are unavoidable, no refunds or reprints will be provided for color differences.  Similarly, all papers Paper Rose Invitations, LLC uses are luxury papers and materials, and thus have some differences in production.  No refunds or reprints will be given for standard differentiation in paper or materials.

Assembly and Mailing


All semi-custom suites will ship flat & will require stuffing into their envelopes and stamping.  When mailing invitations Paper Rose LLC., highly recommends waiting until you have received them as you will need to bring them down to the post office to be weighed for correct postage.

Returns and Cancellations


Due to the artisan and custom nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. To cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.  After this time, cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation is only available to those who have not yet begun the design process, received a proof, print or any other format of stationery. Paper Rose Invitations, LLC cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges in the event of cancellations or event changes due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Rush Orders


All printing timelines will be determined with the initial proposal and updated as design changes occur.  If at any point Paper Rose Invitations, LLC determines the order will need to be rushed, either in design or production, a rush fee will occur.  If the client does not approve final designs by the approval date or fails to respond in a timely manner to proofs, then rush fees may be incurred at the discretion of Paper Rose Invitation, LLC.  The client will be notified of any impending due dates before a rush fee is incurred.  Rush fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, starting at 15% of the total cost.

Unexpected Delays


All aforementioned lengths of time for production and/or creation of products, designs, and elements created by Paper Rose Invitations, LLC are estimates, and subject to change. Paper Rose Invitations, LLC will only deviate from these estimated time frames in special circumstances and will inform the client of any delays as soon as Paper Rose Invitations, LLC reasonably knows or reasonably anticipates such delays. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, emergencies, unexpected illness or medical condition, physical injury, unexpected weather, inability to obtain materials outside of Paper Rose Invitations, LLC, etc. Any delays subject to this provision will not be considered a breach of the contract or anticipatory repudiation. Paper Rose will remedy any delays as much as reasonably possible.

Impossibility Force Majeure. Notwithstanding the above, either party may choose to be excused of any further performance obligations in the event of a disastrous occurrence outside the control of either party, such as, but not limited to:

1 A natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, hurricane, flooding, storms or infestation); or

2 War, Invasion, Act of Foreign Enemies, Embargo, or other Hostility (whether declared or not); or

3 Any hazardous situation created outside the control of either party such as a riot, disorder, nuclear leak or explosion, or act or threat of terrorism.

Failure to Perform Services. In the event Paper Rose Invitations, LLC cannot or will not perform its obligations in any or all parts of this Agreement, it (or a responsible party) will:

1 Immediately give Notice to Client via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement; and

2 Issue a refund or credit based on a reasonably accurate percentage of Services rendered; and

3 Excuse Client of any further performance and/or payment obligations in this Agreement.

PRIVACY

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Our Privacy Policy governs the processing of all personal data collected from you in connection with your purchase of products or services through the Site. Such information will not be used for any purpose beyond communicating with you and fulfilling your order.  We will never share or sell your information with or to any third party.
